(Zuidervaart 22), also known as the Zwarte Kerkje, is a bell-shaped building, which was built in wood in 1662 according to the example of the church in Volendam. The black-tarred wooden walls were largely renovated in 1834 in brick. The interior consists of an arched square central section and flat-covered exterior style spaces. The inventory includes a pulpit (circa 1670), baptismal with a baptismal arch (18th century) and a by Pieter van Assendelft for the Old-Kath. church built in Enkhuizen (1759, transferred 1870).
A member joins the church with 't Schooltje (Zuidervaart 22), a foreman. school building from 1831 (facing brick) with swirled spout facades.
