The residences Louis Davidsstraat 1a-15, with half-timbered details and chalet style elements, were designed in 1902-'03 to plans by J.H. Stupidly built for the construction company Kinheim. Around 1910, W.F. Doeglas a design with rationalistic elements for the department store Raadhuisplein 1 and a design with New Historical elements for the residential and retail premises Raadhuisplein 2-3 (1910).
