The Dam 10 (1911, J. and D. Eilmann) residential and retail building, designed in Art Nouveau and rationalistic forms, was the shop in the Gebr. Perk. Rationalistic forms also show the house with co-operative butchery and smokery Langestraat 96 (1906). Slightly younger is the strikingly located department store Westzijde 29 (circa 1910). The block of shops with café and upstairs apartments A.F. de Savornin Lohmanstraat 2-8 (1930) is executed in sober business-expressionist style. Cubist expressionistic in form are the residential and retail premises Westzijde 77a-c. The residential and retail premises Westzijde 96 (circa 1930) has striking convex and concave window parts with steel windows.
