The form. paint factory Avis Colourworks Ltd. (Allanstraat 266), built in 1916 at the location of a paint mill, consists of a series of halls with shed roofs. The stone facades are equipped with savings fields. The factory name is given in cement relief. The factory was expanded around 1930 with a block-shaped two-storey building with concrete skeleton. The form. biscuit factory 'Vicomte' (Overtoom 30) dates from around 1920.
