The 18th century factory building of the first Dutch Porcelain Factory (Kromme Elleboogsteeg 2) has a cemented façade and narrow arch windows in the white-painted side façades. Between 1759 and 1770 the 'Weesper porcelain' was made in this company. The form. beer brewery and malt house (Achteromstraat 8) is an elongated 18th-century building with a gilt on the one side and a higher warehouse section with gables on the Herenstraat.

From 1920 on there was the lemonade, later ice cream factory 'De Leeuw' (until 1938). Also a form. Malting-beer brewery is the 18th-century three-storey commercial building 'De Oranjeboom' at Nieuwstad 100, which is dated in the front and rear façade by '1799' and '1798'. The form. emergency slaughterhouse (Papelaan 47) is an L-shaped building with a high chimney and semi-circular extension, built in 1938 in a business expressionist style, designed by W. Breijer.
