betekenis & definitie

The form. town hall Westeinde 3 is a two-storey building with a dormer window flanked by classicistic claws and shield-bearing lions. It was built in 1662 (cartouche) as a cog house, with a weigh house and cachot inside. Remodeling followed in the 18th century (possibly 1764) and the 19th century. The form. Town hall Kerkweg 68 is a single-storey building from 1868 (facing brick), rebuilt around 1955.
