The former council house in Oudorp

betekenis & definitie

(Kerklaan 9) is an L-shaped single-layer building with gables and a roof with overhang on cut struts. It was in 1865 to plans of F.J. Krieger built on the spot of a court house from 1635 and enlarged in 1928-'29 (P.N. Leguit). Next to it are the form. public primary school 'Wijkplaats' (Herenweg 12) and a service residence (Kerklaan 11) from the same time.
