(Munnickenveld 15-21) was founded in 1662 and started with two early-17th-century deep buildings with stepped gables. In 1682, five houses were added at the rear, in 1684 five more houses followed and in the middle of the 18th century three more. The regent room in the northwest corner of the courtyard was built in 1893.
In 1954, on the street side, the Mannish sandstone gate of the Latin school, dating from the Kruisstraat and probably dating from 1613, was placed. The houses were restored in 1924, the courtyard in 1980-'81 and the gate in 1993.
