The Gedempte Gracht 30 residential and shop building was built in 1908 according to plans by J.R. Fleming. Expressionist details show the residential and retail premises Gedempte Gracht 37 (circa 1925), Loet 55 (1926) and the barber shop Noord 20 (circa 1925). C. Keesman designed the radio store Loet 2-4 (1937) with functionalist details and a vertical light element.
