Residential homes in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel

betekenis & definitie

A 17th-century nucleus has rebuilt it around 1880, plastered building Kerkstraat 46 with linked gables and in the middle the gable stone 'De Korendrager'. Dating back to the 18th century, the former Schoonzicht country estates (Higher End South 17-18) and Hoogerlust (Higher End South 6), both feature a sober façade with a framed entrance.

The country house Vredelust with adjacent coach house (Higher End South 15-16) may have an 18th-century origin, but was rebuilt and plastered around 1860. In the 18th century, the one-storey building Kerkstraat 4 and the deep house Brugstraat 2 with capped spout façade are furthermore designed. The sober neoclassical house Kerkstraat 54 dates from around 1860. The eclectic mansion Drievliet (Dorpsstraat 21) was built in 1882. Rationalistic details have the villa Welgelegen (Dorpsstraat 28; 1905), the houses Hoger End South 9-12 (circa 1905) and the villa Nicolette (Dorpsstraat 18; 1916).
