The Noordervaart 130 middle-class house, which was built higher up, was built in 1884 in neoclassical style. The Noordervaart 132 (circa 1905), built in sand-lime brick, dates from the beginning of the 20th century, and the Noordervaart 73 (1908) mansion, which was built in New Historic style, originally served as a presbytery.
