From the late 19th century the gardeners' home Benedenweg 156 (1880, with coal shed) and the 'Brood-koek and confectionery' with shop Kerkplein 13 (circa 1890) date. Half-timbered facades from around 1915 have the comparable villas Ter Geest (Kerkplein 4) and Home Sweet Home (Bovenweg 13). The villa 't Haventje (Bovenweg 95, circa 1930) is a business expressionist in form.
