From 1892 the wooden workshop dates from the form. shipyard of H. and C. Berghouwer (Blekerstraat 6). The elongated wood shed of 'Simonsz Houthandel' (Provincialeweg approx.), Intended for wood drying and storage, was built in Edam in 1864 and moved to its current location in 1890.
The three-storey warehouse 'Wilhelmina' (East Side 219b) arose in 1902 after a design by J. Kakes. The form dates from 1905. dairy facility annex dairy and ice factory 'Zaanlandia' with director's residence (Valkstraat 14-16). The workshop with contractor's office J. and D. Eilmann (Vinkenstraat 32) is a two-layer wooden building from 1921 with expressionist details.
