The elongated two-story neo-Renaissance building Noordervaartdijk 10 (1897) was built for Verwer's Vernis and Stoommetaal Drukkerij and is equipped with an iron skeleton and a flat roof.
The wooden warehouse Weversend (Padlaan 1, circa 1900) was later converted into a house. The striking company building with house Pr. Hendrikstraat 15-19 (1905) has a crenellated gable with terracotta crowns. It was built as a Geref. church, but it has only served as such for four years.
