Windmills in Wormer
The grain mill De Koker (Oosteinde 14) is the last of a large series of industrial mills in Wormer. This reed-covered octagonal ground sailor was built in 1866 on the site of a mill from 1679. The American windmill (at Enge Wormer Ringdijk 33), built in 1926, is a metal windmill on a brick substructure.
