(at Manpadslaan 2). This 17th century country estate was enlarged and decorated between 1766 and 1784, commissioned by David ten Hove. Around 1800, plans were developed by J.D. Zocher sr. A landscaping with a hill as a viewpoint. The 18th century house was demolished in 1955, after completing a new house (Manpadslaan 2) in 1954 with a garden layout of H. Warnau. Preserved is an 18th century entrance gate. The old house was converted into a hotel café-restaurant around 1900 at a horse racing track designed by L. A. Springer (in use from 1901 to 1909). From D.E.L. van den Arend, designed by the racecourse, only the racing stable (Manpadslaan 8; 1905) is preserved.
