In collaboration with G.H. Philips designed J.C. Cramer the forem. forge and warehouse Trawlerkade 20-22 (1901) for the Company for the Management of Steam Trawlers and other Fishing vessels. Since the 1930s, this large building has housed the N.V. Vereenigde Koelhuizen and IJsfabrieken RIGO.

Also designed by Cramer are the warehouse with office Trawlerkade 32 (1909 and 1915) for the NV Industrie en Handelsmaatschappij - at the office part with a framed entrance with 'office' - the warehouse Trawlerkade 42-44 (1909, enlarged 1913) for the NV IJmuiden Stores, as well as the one-storey warehouse with garage Trawlerkade 82-84 (1928) for the Agency and Handels-
