The Wilhelminapark in Wormerveer

(Zaanweg 5-7) was constructed in 1898 according to H.B. Stephan, in collaboration with D. Stam and J.F. Riveter. Client D. Laan donated the park to the association 'Het Wilhelminapark' after completion. The park surrounded by a wrought iron fence contains a wooden kiosk (renewed), an aviary and an octagonal music tent (1899, Klinkhamer). The park rangers' residence (Wandelweg 53; 1898) is executed in neo-Renaissance and chalet style forms.
