(Middendam 7) [11] is a two-storey building with a neck façade and a long façade with a dakerker on the harbor side. The current classicist building arose in 1669 at the site of a fire destroyed by fire. The floor, with doric pilasters, served as a meeting place for the militia. The façade and roofer have ionic pilasters and a segment-shaped pediment. In the tops are facing bricks with the weapons of Monnickendam and Holland. Inside is a tile chimney with wall paneling from the construction period. The open doric gallery with stone pillars added in the beginning of the 19th century received its current roof shape in 1905. The weigh house was restored in 1904-'05 (J.F.L. Frowein) and in 1988.
