Hellingstraat 30, a two-storey building with flat roof and exposed balustrade, was established in 1926 according to plans by C. Koning. The façade stone, which was reused in the side façade, with a hatchet (1789) comes from a then replaced yard. In 1844 H. Schouten had taken over the company from A. Paddeburg. The factory buildings along the Hellingstraat are extensions from around 1890. From 1894, iron ships were built here, since the closure of the Zuiderzee (1932) pleasure yachts.
