(Lancasterdijk approx.) Was built in 1854 east of Oosterend to design by Q. Harder. This fireless beacon stands on six legs and consists of three superimposed, smaller, openwork cast iron trusses, interconnected by hexagonal cast iron couplings and steel cables. The cape received its current place in 1977.
