(Draafsingel 61), called 'The Villa', is a white plastered building with pseudo-framed facades and details related to Art Nouveau. Doctor K.F.L. Kaiser had it built as a private hospital in 1905-'06. In 1930-'31 it was enlarged with a low construction. As a hospital, it served until 1967.
