(Zuid Zijperweg 37) was built in 1911 as a station / tram watch house for the steam tram Schagen-Van Ewijcksluis. The water tower in Wieringerwaard (Molenweg 42) arose in 1927, probably according to W. Mensert's plans. This twelve-sided brick tower with business expressionist details and a dome-shaped roof contains two concrete flat-bottomed reservoirs.
