'De Mercy' (Achterom 15), after 1954 St.-Jozefhuis old people's center, was built in 1773 by contractor Frans Kroonenburgh and funded from the estate of Matthijs Vos. The carré-shaped building has a pronkrisalite and a segment-shaped pediment with louvre work in Louis XV shapes. The porch porch on the courtyard side of the rear wing was closed in 1884. The regentessenkamer and regentenkamer both have a painted ceiling (Harm G. van Kleef) and cut mantelpitches. In 1986-'87 the complex was converted into houses (J. Büchner).
