(Zuiderhoofdstraat 151) was built in 1706 and in 1911 left with three bays widened. The middle ressault is crowned by a bell-shaped Louis XIV style with curved fronton, festoon covers and banderoles with the year of construction and the Krommenie coat of arms. The old council chamber has a ceiling with inscription (1706).
