(Billitonkade 31-40) came into being in 1916 to a neo-Renaissance design by D. Stam commissioned by entrepreneur J.A. Laan on the occasion of his 50-year business jubilee. The elongated building block with ten dwellings has in the middle a gatehouse with a bell tower.
