(Gasthuisplein 5) was realized in 1989-'91 after a design by S. Soeters, with the banal style of the entertainment industry as the starting point. Striking are the five enormous flagpoles with colored flags of sheet steel decorated with glass mosaic and the three steel masts in the form of ice cream cones that carry the tent roof of wavy concrete and the shell of reinforced spray concrete.
