Opmeer in Spanbroek

This village, which had developed in the 19th century, became a part of Spanbroek after the Second World War. The form. Herv. church (Middelweg 26), a plastered hall church with a façade tower, eclectic elements (eyebrows) and cast-iron arched windows, was created in 1862 according to a design by A.T. van Wijngaarden. Interesting farmhouses are Breestraat 9 and 15-17, both from 1878.
