The two-tucked two-story building Graaf Florislaan 2 probably dates from the 18th century. From around 1870 the white plastered eclectic villa dates Casa Carmeli (Bekslaan 9) with its characteristic tower with spire.
In 1907, the house behind has been extended to plans by J.A.G. van der Steur. The corresponding gardener's house (Vogelenzangseweg 53; circa 1870) is executed in matching style. YES. van Straaten designed in New Historic style the mansions Notten (Bekslaan 42; 1901) and Vrijburg (Bekslaan 40; 1904). In 1921, housing association St. Jozef had the housing complex Vogelenzangseweg 302-344 built according to plans by A.J. Prinsenberg. The small manor house Inverdan (Vogelenzangsweg 170), covered with cane, is a design by W.J. Pieterse from 1938. The manor De Kievit (Vogelenzangseweg 172) dates from the same time.
