(Duinlustweg 16). This early-19th-century country estate got in
1882 to C. Muysken's design the current house in rich neo-Renaissance style with stepped gables, corner tower and round staircase tower. At the main entrance to the park is a porter's house designed by Muysken in neo-Renaissance style (Duinlustweg 10, 1882). The wooden garden house (1899), which was built out of a Norwegian kit, served as a gardener's residence and bicycle storage. Older objects are the reed-covered orangery (circa 1820, largely rebuilt around 1880) and a neo-gothic folly (circa 1860). C.E.A. Petzold designed the landscaping of the park (1884), in which the structure of an older construction has been retained. In the park there is a hollow-bricked garden wall (circa 1884) and an ice cellar (circa 1890).
