Built around 1880 are the plastered neoclassicist notables house Bosstraat 1 and the house Dorpsstraat 116 with sloping roof and cut wind springs. It is slightly younger with rich eclectic details and a balcony executed Huize Doornstate (Bosstraat 56, circa 1890).
