Forrest
Forrest - sir John, ontdekkingsreiziger in Australië; * 22 Oct. 1847 te Bunbury (W. .Austr.), ✝ 3 Oct. 1918 op reis naar Londen. Hij bereisde o.a. met zijn broer Alexander W. Australië. Later was hij minister.Voorn. werken: Explorations in Australia (1875); Notes on Western Australia (3 dln. 1883—1885).
