Zunderdorp (municipality of Amsterdam)
Village, originated in the 14th century as peat reclamation. To the west of the church a small village center developed with right-angled streets, following the original subdivision. On the north side was the modest ribbon hamlet 't Nopeind. Zunderdorp has remained just outside the buildings of Amsterdam-Noord.
