Zuidschermer (municipality Schermer)
Village, created after the reclamation of the Schermer in 1635 at the intersection of the Zuidervaart with the Driehuizerweg. With the construction of the R.K. church, a school and ten houses, Zuidschermer acquired a more concentrated building around 1930.
