The pumping station in Hoorn
'Oosterpolder' (Willemsweg 71) was built in 1953 in the traditionalist style according to the design of the Technical Advisory Board of the Association of Regional Water Authorities (Tauw). It houses two American Worthington screw centrifugal pumps (1945) installed as part of the Marshall aid.
