The foremost water tower in Zandvoort
(Thorbeckestraat 27) arose in 1951 after a traditionalistic design by J. Zietsma. The brick-covered eight-sided tower was provided with two concrete flat-bottomed reservoirs. Nowadays a restaurant is located in the tower.
