(Jap. patholoog, geb. 1894). Reactie van T.—Ara, hetcerebrospinale vocht wordt behandeld met carbonas natricus, sublimaat en fuchsine; het normale vocht wordt violet, bij meningitis rood, bij syphilis wordt het ontkleurd en er ontstaat een praecipitaat.
