Sphaeromaríscus E. G. Camus [Edmond Gustave Camus (1852, Parijs; 1915, Parijs), apotheker-botanicus], - van Lat. sphaera, bol; Mariscus, (voormalig) plantengesl. (Cyperacĕae): aan Mariscus verwant gesl. met tot bolvormige hoofdjes opeengedrongen aartjes.
