'De Wegwijzer' (Dorpsweg 19) started in 1897 as a wooden teacher's home with two classrooms behind it. A number of new classrooms were placed against these classrooms in 1921-22 according to plans by D. Honingh and D.G. Kruse. Furthermore the house was renovated. A new teacher's residence was erected next to it (Dorpsweg 21). In 1985-'86 the classrooms from 1897 were replaced and the rest was renovated.
