(Jisperweg 52-53), designed by S.B. van Sante in 1910, is a plastered L-shaped building. The short leg formed the sister monastery with the convent chapel on the floor and in the long leg there was a brine harry school. Above the main entrance in the middle ressault is an art nouveau style panel (firm 'De Porceleyne Fles') with a representation of the Blessed Virgin. The site is accessible via a reinforced concrete arch bridge.
