The plastered neoclassical mansion Molenvaart 2, dating from 1855, was extended in 1870 with side wings when it was to serve as a polder house. Also from circa 1870 is the plastered ferry house Smidsweg 3. A nice villa with oriel in art nouveau related forms is Molenvaart 4 (1912).
Business-impressionistic is the villa Molenvaart 8 (circa 1930).
