(municipality Naarden / Huizen). On the sandy grounds to the east of Bussum, from 1810, outdoor courtyards were founded. On the Flevorama (Flevolaan 4) outdoor park with a landscaped park, the white plastered neoclassical house and coach house were established in 1858 for A.E. Dudok van Heel to A.L. van Gendt. The neoclassical house of the Buitenplaats Nieuw Valkeveen (Huizerstraatweg 34) dates from 1880.
In 1903 K.P.C. de Bazel two horticultural houses (Oud Blaricummerweg 5 and 38). The reed covered and white plastered country house Heerlijkheid (Meentweg 2) was built in 1910 for G.M. den Tex. A tile ceramics in the side wall shows Pan and Aphrodite. The couple Dudok van Heel-Kuhn had plans for C.J. Kruisweg the hefty country house Berghuis (Huizerweg 111) building with roof rider and riser side parts. The small white house, Monte Casa (1868-'70), with its half-timbered facade, probably also served as a hunting and billiard house (since 2000, Flevorama's gardener's house).
