Homes in New Niedorp

betekenis & definitie

The deep houses with wooden front apron Dorpsstraat 116 and 121 are in their current form 19th century (restored), but may have an older core. An old core (possibly 1530) also has the partly under-celled transverse house Dorpsstraat 173 with wooden neck gable. The plastered, single-storey building Dorpsstraat 197 (circa 1830) exhibits sober late empire details, and eclectic in form is the deep house Dorpsstraat 169 (circa 1880). Built with red limestone sandstone is the middle corridor house Dorpsstraat 125 (circa 1910).
