(South end 49). This block-shaped country house in Louis XVI style was created in 1778 for G. Corver Hooft. After 1895, Louisa D. C. Six had modernisations carried out. Her husband was F.E. Blaauw, internationally known as a collector and world traveler, who kept a collection of birds and exotic animals on his outside. Louisa left the country estate in 1934 to the Association for the Conservation of Nature Monuments, which resided here until 2004. The wrought iron entrance gate is executed in Louis XIV forms (circa 1740).

In the park, late-18th-century formal elements are still visible, such as a star forest. The landscape park with winding paths, water features and hills came to plans of J.D. Zocher jr. The vegetable garden has a straight fruit wall (1823). Between 1895 and 1936 the park was enriched with a gnea grass, a bison camp and a rhododendron valley. In the garden there is a gazebo, a so-called 'aha' (circa 1904) and a few animal houses (stables).
