Originally used as a café annex house and now as a garage, the one-storey building Noordervaart 100 (circa 1885). This building with higher rises in the middle ressault shows neo-Renaissance and chalet style details.
From the same time, the mansard roof and ornamental spire, executed by Noordervaart 102, was built according to the inscription in marmorite as a forge; later it served as a bicycle repair place. Built around 1900, the form. butcher's shop with house Noordervaart 96, of which the façade, built in yellow extruded stone, bears the inscription 'meat-cutting'. The Neerlandia dairy factory (Noordervaart 140) was established in 1917.
